An alternative to the typical Emergency Room experience.

If you are experiencing an UNCOMPLICATED pain crises and are unable to manage your pain at home, the Acute Care Treatment Center may  be the right choice for you:

To meet the criteria for an UNCOMPLICATED pain crisis and you have:

          No chest pain

          No shortness of breath

          No fever

          No numbness, headache weakness

          Pain that is different from your typical pain crises

          ARE NOT PREGNANT

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms in addition to your pain crises please go to your nearest emergency room.

It is our expectation that with immediate and aggressive treatment of your pain, pain relief will improve and the need for hospitalizations will be reduced.  We are so excited to be able to offer this much needed service.
